As usual this year - he's right up in the front =D> =D>
This years competition has Jussi Valimaki (Ex APRC Winner), Patrik Flodin and Patrik Sandell (well known from WRC) besides the Proton boys. Pray Gaurav has no glitches and goes to beat them all lifitng the title - that'll definitely get him noticed.

As per Rally website: SS2 Car No.1 - Katsu retired
GG now just needs to keep it together to ensure he finishes with the required points to win the title.
Fingers toes all crossed it goes well for him

After SS 3 GG 4th in APRC and 11th overall - he's definitely pulled it back after Katsu's retirement so he can safely complete to take the title.
Heard the rally is very long and rough, so he's gotta be careful

After ss4 he's up one spot to 10th-wonder if he's also slower due to the road cleaning effect being second on the start order

Yeah - very disheartening. He had suspension problem on ss6. Katsu hit a tree at 200 km/hr on SS2 which had to be canceled. Rifat also stopped on SS6 with broken right drive shaft.
So it seems that APRC title goes to Katsu since none of the MRF cars are starting for Sunday.

Even though I'm disappointed that GG didn't go on to win APRC title which was in his grasp. We should be proud that he performed so well in 2010 APRC. =D> =D>

Let's all of us wish him so that he performs much better in 2011.

Gaurav we are proud of your achivements.

Lost the driver's title by just 3 points to Taguchi's 100, but a brilliant show this season. Three cheers! =D>
