Seventy-six teams from nine countries have confirmed their entry for the International Rally of Whangarei which runs from 15 to 17 July on roads through the Northland region of New Zealand.

Heading the entry list is Japan’s Katsuhiko Taguchi who drives a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X and is one of 22 teams contesting the event as fourth round of the FIA Asia Pacific Rally Championship (APRC). Gaurav Gill leaves tonight .

One more indian team -sanjay takle and moosa sherif is participating in 2WD class.
