I am sure Gill is leading APRC as Arai is not a registered driver for aprc. so Gill leading APRC...and if he finishes 1st then he might lead the aprc 2010 i think

UPDATE __ I believe the front Diff's broke just before the SSS at the end of Day1 which has made him drop time to Taguchi . Hes still 2nd but just 5 odd secs ahead of his team mate !! Tomorrow shud be an interesting day with him going flat out on stages that hsi team mate probably knows inside out as hes been driving on them for years .

Yup .. both of them are at FULL CLIP and must be a sight to watch them FLAT CHATTING it thru the stages !! Also cant understand why so much of a time gap between start of Stage 1 n the start of stage 2 ..

What happened in SS15? Gill 2 mins plus behind the leader on that stage. Has put him back quite a bit. Car trouble? Off?

Another thing that comes to mind is the speed of atkinson or rather the lack of it? Why is he not able to measure up? Is it the car?

Sadly hit a snow marker that broke his rear suspension costing him 2 minutes and the lead. Luckily there was mid-day service to fix it after the stage, else could have been worst. But that's rallying.

He's definitely stamped his class with leading Malaysia on Day 1 and now in Japan even more so with better stage times than more locally experienced good drivers.

I wish Gill finished first place in aprc. I was wishing so much. He should have taken it easy with only few more stages to go. any way he proved to the world how good he is. he is a class act guys and i honestly wish he wont have any issues in NZ and Australia.

may be going to australia round to watch him in action.
