hi guys im sid 22yrs from saltlake, kolkata. i started driving from 12 yrs with a 1990 model omni.. 2years back i bought a carb esteem unfortunately i had a crash and had to sell it off....to me the esteem was a better vehicle and i never faced a breakdown. Im an auto enthusiast and do a lot of mechanical restoration and repair for my friends and relatives. Till date ive managed to keep my 1990 omni at its peak condition which still touches a top speed of 100kmph. my present profession is a back-end executive for a software company in sector 5 kolkata. I intend to gain more knowledge by joining this forum and meeting new people. Im keen to assist anyone in kolkata and suburbs for auto related issues as it is my passion.

Hey Sid, do you know "Sparky" sarkar??, he and his friends are roughly your age, and play with restoring old fiats etc!!!, if your in saltlake, try and find out where 'Prasanta Pal' lives, hes an old enthusiast..his dad is responsible for building most of Saltlake.. hes a Himalayan rally vetran, whats this omni you got???, is that a suzuki van 3 cyl 800? or 1ltr..... 100 kph...now thats scary in Kolkatta AI, and where is this sector 5???
