most of the 2Stroke riders are totally frustated about the same issue like most of the 4W privateers!!
lokesh gowda, who won the 1st place in the 2 stroke, was feeling upset as none of their names came out in the newspapers and only the mention was about the Factory team!!!!
boycotting future events like most of you feel is not the answer,but how do these compitetors show their agony?
havent they paid the same entry fees?prepared their bikes for an INRC round?tranported them to the venue?etc etc??
we at MSCK boast an entry list of 83(later restricted to 70) for our RALLY DE BENGALURU,out of which we get more than 50 entries for 2strokes and the rest 4strokes,compared to an INRC which has upto date got a max of 40 entries!!! and a full page write up in one of the local newspapers with photographs of all the winners.
after having a talk with the 2 wheeler rally comm chairman Mr Bharatraj,who was our chiefguest for the championship round,we got assurance that 2 strokes will be included which he apparently did but why this step motherly attitude with the privateers????
the whole blame should be put on the organisers/promoters if they havent taken proper measures for a write up in the press meet they have before and after the events!!!

I think 2-Strokes will be running till 2009 as the homologation is set to expire after this.
