Awesomely Simple

I call myself a graphic designer first and foremost, if only to impress the girls, yet I have skills and passions in many areas of computing, internet, design, usability and troubleshooting. Okay, I lied a little. I'm not passionate about troubleshooting but I seem to have a mind that's tuned to that sort of thing. The bit about impressing girls is true though. It happened once.
I have been called a pragmatist and while that might sound boring, I like to make all my designs as simple, practical and logical as possible and if I manage to make them look great too then I feel I've succeeded. I'm really not a 'wow' kinda guy, but I do create stuff that works nicely and looks good. To quote Charles Mingus, "Making the simple complicated is common place; making the complicated simple, awesomely simple, that's creativity".
When I'm not working
I love computers and the internet. I spend a good portion of my day in front of the screen, designing, researching and sometimes just mucking about. Ever since I was 15 and was given a gaming machine I've been glued to the screen. But, aside from the geek stuff I do allow myself to get out and about too. I like walking around, exploring and taking photos. I'm definitely just an enthusiast photographer. Music, hanging out with my mates, drinking and eating, watching movies, and traveling pretty much sums up the remainder of my time. I drive three machines. 1999 CARB ESTEEM, 2006 BALENO and 2009 apple mac.

I am simple guy working with a MNC and definately would not like to stay there for long.
REASON!!
Obsession towards reckless driving which got me hooked onto this site..
Thought this would be a perfect platform to launch into Rallying..
I am trying my best to snatch an opportunity and then...just pull it off in style!!
I play table tennis (went through till state level) , badminton and cricket..
People say I am a Jack of All...and I agree..
BUt there is one thing at which I am impeccable and thats burning the rubber to the rim
And I am no JACK in that context..
Give me space and I will zip through like nobody else can...

*** If INDIA's GOT TALENT would have a stage big enough to let "Stages" happen I am superconfident I would set it ablaze and go through the final and win it***

I am Manu R Naik
Working in NetApp as Web QA Specialist
I am not sure I will do rallying but still rallying is my great passion
Apart from that I have some farms which I plough my self in weekends
My dad has 3 cars but won’t let me drive in those
So I have two kids to play
My wife believes I am rally driver because I am fast always and she doesn’t know about rallying
My boss knows that I am a rallyist but has not seen a picture of mine in any rally.
So I am an aficionado still.
Fanatically waiting to be good rallyist.

I know only to drink whiskey other than my profession and nothing else

CHEERS,
MRN
