Done. Thanks for the awesome suggestion Arun.

To get this done click on 'Profile' at the top and you will find a field to enter the url to your avatar. See here:

To upload your picture you can use http://imageshack.us/
it has an option to resize your pic to 100x75(avatar)

If you dont know how to change your avatar, email your picture to avatar@rally.co.in and PLS mention your username.

Microsoft thought of everything.. YES even people like me..
It's called Image Resizer...sadly only works on pictures and not the real thing.. var na.. sigh.. lets just leave that alone shall we.

We can also have an introductory link or page where pics of all members are visible on one page and the moment we click on them we can read about them. I know theres this thing called profile but that does not show how many members are actually enrolled into this site. I see in forums there are over 1000 views and I only see 10 proactiveS TALKING
