Guys,
am looking to get the personal accident high risk insurance policy for INRC events. Can someone suggest which would be the best bank to approach in Bangalore? Also typically what documents might be required to get this cover? I would greatly appreciate if you can forward any contact details you may have of any bankers who handle these insurance covers.

cheers!!!

for your car approach your car insurence company with a request letter to give you rally cover for days only when the event is on.

for your personal cover approach a insurence company and take a term policy without return of premium.

i feel a cover of natural death for 50 lac with personal accident cover of 25 lac for an individual of 25 years should cost approx. 12000 per year with a term of 30 years from icici prudential.Rs. 33 per day?

i feel every body should opt for an policy like this to insure financial security for our family in case....

@fuelcare - Will a "normal" accident cover cater for rallying & motor sports? I doubt it...

@nitinjacob - For your own PA, you don't need any documents as such. For the rally cover for the vehicle, well, that's an endorsement on an existing insurance policy. From what I've seen, it's difficult to get privatized companies like ICICI to give rally cover. It's easier to get a new insurance policy from one of the nationalized companies (Oriental, New India, ...), even if it is 3rd party (about 1500/- odd) and then get a rally cover endorsement on it before each event. Rally cover should cost you not more than a couple of hundred bucks each time.

Cheers
